About the position

The Property Supervisor at the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of affordable housing properties. Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of affordable housing properties.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports for properties.

Requirements
