The Proposal Coordinator at Samet Corporation plays a vital role in supporting business development by creating persuasive, high-quality proposals that align with client requirements. Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and formatting responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop a proposal strategy that highlights the company's strengths and unique value propositions.
  • Organize and manage proposal content, ensuring it is tailored to client needs and project specifications.
  • Work closely with business development and project teams to gather and refine proposal content.
  • Coordinate proposal input and review cycles, managing timelines to meet submission deadlines.
  • Facilitate regular proposal planning meetings to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain and update a library of standard proposal content, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Develop templates and processes to streamline future proposal efforts.
  • Support business development with market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Assist in developing content for project interviews and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the construction or architecture/engineering industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
