BAE Systems is seeking a proposal graphics professional to support high-priority Government proposals within its Electronic Systems (ES) sector. This position is part of the Business Winning function within Business Development. The role involves collaborating with capture and proposal personnel to create technical style proposal and presentation concepts and products under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with proposal teams throughout the proposal development process, providing assistance on priority projects, and excelling at visual storytelling and creative conceptualization. This includes image creation and layout with a strong attention to detail. The ability to manage competing priorities and proposal deadlines while tracking progress toward completion is essential. The role requires consistent and effective communication and collaboration with both creative and non-creative roles, including designers, engineers, and program managers. Additionally, the candidate will support proposal activities that take place within secure facilities, which may require extended work shifts, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
