About the position

BAE Systems is seeking a proposal graphics professional to support high-priority Government proposals within its Electronic Systems sector. This role is part of the Business Winning function within Business Development, focusing on creating technical style proposal and presentation concepts under tight deadlines. The position requires collaboration with various teams to excel in visual storytelling and creative conceptualization, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with proposal teams through the proposal development process
• Provide support to Business Winning on priority projects
• Excel at visual storytelling and creative conceptualization, both in image creation and layout, with strong attention to detail
• Manage competing priorities and proposal deadlines while tracking progress toward completion
• Collaborate and communicate consistently with other creative and non-creative roles (designers, engineers, program managers)
• Support proposal activities taking place within secure facilities on deadlines that may require extended work shifts
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret clearance or higher
• Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe Acrobat
• Adhere to corporate standards and brand guidelines
• Willingness to work in-person in secure spaces
