BAE Systems is seeking a proposal graphics professional to support high-priority Government proposals within its Electronic Systems (ES) sector. This position is part of the Business Winning function within Business Development. The role involves collaborating with capture and proposal personnel to create technical style proposal and presentation concepts and products under tight deadlines. The successful candidate will excel at visual storytelling and creative conceptualization, demonstrating strong attention to detail in both image creation and layout. The responsibilities of this position include supporting and collaborating with proposal teams throughout the proposal development process, providing assistance to Business Winning on priority projects, and managing competing priorities and proposal deadlines while tracking progress toward completion. The candidate will need to communicate effectively with both creative and non-creative roles, such as designers, engineers, and program managers. Additionally, the role may require participation in proposal activities within secure facilities, which could involve extended work shifts. Continuous improvement activities will also be part of the job responsibilities.
