About the position

Fehr & Peers is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to join a team dedicated to improving communities and driving innovation in the transportation consulting industry. This role involves crafting high-quality proposals that meet client needs, collaborating closely with project managers and other marketing professionals, and fostering relationships with external partners. Responsibilities

• Contribute to the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to submission.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior management to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Take ownership of the proposal process, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFQ submission instructions.
• Coordinate the receipt of necessary information from internal clients and external consultants for proposals.
• Contribute to content development for qualifications, proposals, and presentations through writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Use the company's brand style guide to create effective graphics and documents for marketing pursuits.
• Update and maintain databases of project opportunities, project descriptions, resumes, and qualifications materials.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Effective writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice-to-haves

• Eagerness to learn graphic design, writing, and template management skills.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred but not required.
• Experience within the A/E/C industry preferred but not required.
• A portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities is requested but not required.
