About the position

The Proposal Pricing & Budgeting Manager at Raytheon Technologies is responsible for managing external proposal pricing for research and development contracts. This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, coordinating with various teams, and overseeing the contract review process. The position requires a strong background in pricing, finance, and government contracting, and offers exposure to multiple areas within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the RTRC external proposal pricing for research and development contracts.
• Review and understand government regulations and internal policies related to proposal pricing.
• Utilize RTRC pricing tools to provide cost and pricing data for proposals.
• Engage in kickoff meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and various teams for pricing submissions.
• Manage the contract review process for finance-related terms and conditions.
• Oversee program finance and indirect cost center budget development and execution.
• Support audits and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements.
• At least 2 years of experience with US government contracting and pricing regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
