As a Protected Culture Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the business results of the vegetables business, leading organizational efforts around all US Key accounts in the region. Your role will involve managing key metrics such as Net Sales, OPEX, Gross Profit, Volume, and Market Share to maintain and grow the Vegetable Market Share, aiming for double-digit year-over-year growth. In this position, you will develop, propose, and implement a Protected Culture (PC) Strategy focused on portfolio improvement, trait identification, and resource allocation. This strategy is essential for maintaining and increasing market share in the region while improving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a leading choice for our key accounts and growers. You will need to influence internal stakeholders across various departments, including marketing, finance, credit and collection, market development, supply chain, and HR, to ensure business continuity and operational success in the region. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing action plans to establish the right distribution channels to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives. You will provide dynamic leadership, recommend training, assistance, appraisal, motivation, and development to our key customers, helping them achieve their goals and build value along the way. Additionally, you will establish and implement a RADL segmentation and account planning process to maximize available resources and exceed financial targets. You will execute a trial plan of 4B and 5X varieties in partnership with Market Development within the territory, maintaining a trialing footprint of these varieties in important markets.
