About the position

The Protective Intelligence Analyst role at Crisis24 involves monitoring and assessing various threat vectors to ensure the safety of clients and their operations. This position is part of the Protective Intelligence Center (PIC), which utilizes advanced technology and intelligence methods to provide actionable insights. The analyst will work remotely, primarily focusing on open-source intelligence (OSINT) and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to respond to operational requests and monitor global events.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a wide variety of threat vectors including open-source and closed-source datasets and feeds.
• Assess geopolitical events, civil unrest, natural hazards, crime, terrorism, and health concerns.
• Field operational and logistical requests for information (RFIs) to support secure transport and executive protection workflows.
• Collaborate with the PIC team and participate in daily standup meetings with leadership.
• Produce concise, actionable written reports or assessments based on collected intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to rapidly assimilate new information.
• Open-source intelligence (OSINT) skills for collecting and assessing information.
• Familiarity with news reporting sources and social media for real-time monitoring.
• Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated interest in supporting physical security and operational logistics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills under time-sensitive conditions.
• Ability to assess information for credibility, relevance, and importance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Schedule flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Two or more years of experience in a security operations or similar role.
• Experience in law enforcement, military, or government with crisis management background.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Broad geopolitical awareness and cultural sensitivity.
