About the position

The Protective Operations Coordinator at Concentric is responsible for providing comprehensive security support for the client's office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role involves coordinating security logistics, assessing potential threats, and ensuring the implementation of protective protocols to maintain safety. The position requires a personable and self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a highly visible and interactive environment, supporting the executive protection team and family office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate security teams and personnel to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Organize secure transportation, travel routes, and accommodations for the client.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement contingency plans for emergency situations in coordination with the executive protection team.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement for additional support if needed.
  • Safeguard the client site and personnel from security and safety hazards.
  • Provide security services for employees, guests, and others professionally and courteously.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Secure the arrival and departure routes for key executives.
  • Demonstrate integrity and excellent customer service skills in all assignments.
  • Complete daily requests from management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in an executive protection role in a residential or family office setting.
  • Experience with physical security, CCTV, and alarm monitoring systems.
  • High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interfacing with senior company leadership.
  • Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles.
  • Emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  • Executive Protection and/or Tactical training preferred.
  • Advanced medical training (EMT, WEMT, WFR, TCCC/TECC).
