About the position

The Provider Communication Manager at Elevance Health is responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely provider messaging in collaboration with health plans and enterprise business partners. This role supports various communication initiatives related to B2B, enterprise, state-specific, vendor, and line of business communications, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of provider communications.

Responsibilities

• Supports tracking, development, and completion of company initiatives and Government or Commercial business growth projects related to provider communications.
• Recommends distribution channels and ensures attainment of appropriate approvals.
• Develops new and innovative programs for standard communication distribution and format.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managed healthcare or a related industry, or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

• Provides editorial oversight and reviews communications for accurate, clear/concise writing style and voice, focusing on structuring for digital media.
• Evaluates and improves the messaging and overall content of written work, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implements process improvements to ensure high-quality communications and quicker turnaround times.
• Ensures copy is direct, intentional, accessible, and written with the audience in mind according to corporate brand guidelines.
