Provider Compensation Analyst Associate

About the position

The Provider Compensation Analyst Associate at Allina Health System is responsible for providing assistance and financial support in the administration of provider compensation processes. This role involves learning about the healthcare industry and various compensation practices while supporting activities such as payroll analysis, database querying, and variance analysis. The position aims to maintain current finance processes and assist in financial analysis with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Conducts or assists in the documentation of simple to moderate financial analysis projects.
• Assists in the collection, organization, and analysis of varying levels of data.
• Aids in the monthly and quarterly accrual and reporting processes.
• Maintains key tables in support of provider compensation and evaluates exception reports.
• Identifies and monitors variances between budget and actual outcomes.
• Maintains spreadsheets or processes which support the workflows within Finance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
• 0 to 2 years applicable experience
