About the position

The Provider Data & Credentialing Manager at DigitalOptometrics is a senior-level role responsible for leading a team that manages provider data and oversees the credentialing process for optometrists across various insurance carriers in the United States. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollment processes, contributing to the company's growth in the telemedicine sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and structure to the Networking & Credentialing Team.
• Develop and administer internal policy & procedures for efficient credentialing and networking operations.
• Support and collaborate with multiple internal departments (Recruitment, Finance, HR, Operations, Implementation) for doctor onboarding, credentialing, and sustainment for clients.
• Work with insurance companies on the national and state level during the credentialing process.
• Manage the credentialing software platform QGenda for provider and document management.
• Oversee the Certificates of Liability Insurance process, ensuring doctors have active policies in place as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of credentialing experience
• Experience with Government Enrollments: Medicare & Medicaid
• Experience with Commercial Carriers: Vision & Medical
• 4+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a multi-state credentialing organization
