About the position

The Provider Installation Representative 2 plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of the Provider Directory for Humana members. This position involves managing and inputting data for the Physician Finder Plus tool, ensuring that both Medicare and Medicaid directories are up-to-date and reliable. The representative will work closely with various teams to review and proof directories, submit defects, and research provider information, contributing to a positive experience for members seeking healthcare information.

Responsibilities

  • Build forms for the Provider Directory, typically completed in June and July each year.
  • Input data criteria in Directory Designer (DD).
  • Proof paper directories, which are recycled every 30 days throughout the year.
  • Submit defects found within directories and ensure defect closeouts are completed after corrections.
  • Review dashboard reports from IT for potential issues and research provider information identified by market and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Internet Directory Creator team and Directories Team Auditors to enhance member experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative, support, data entry, or related professional experience.
  • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Prior work experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven setting.
  • Must meet Humana's Work at Home connectivity requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Directory Designer (DD), qTest, HPAS, Wicket, APEX, PMPD Provider Search, PAAG, and CAS.
  • Background in provider installation/directory, provider data operations, or data management covering Medicare and Medicaid.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for consumer experience.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable with constant process changes and adapting to new processes.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
