About the position

Responsibilities
- Develop the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship development.
- Negotiate Single Case Agreements with complex providers.
- Serve as a key resource for other contracting staff.
- Conduct complex negotiations and draft necessary documents.
- Ensure appropriate distribution of provider specialties within the network.
- Collaborate on projects impacting the business unit and network management.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.
- Prior contracting experience is essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis.
- Experience in transplant or cellular immunotherapy contracting.
- Experience in commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid contracting.
- Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities.
