About the position

The position focuses on developing the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship management, primarily dealing with complex providers. Responsibilities

• Develop the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship development.
• Negotiate Single Case Agreements with complex providers.
• Serve as a key resource for other contracting staff.
• Conduct complex negotiations and draft necessary documents.
• Ensure network composition includes an appropriate distribution of provider specialties.
• Act as a communication link between professional providers and the company.
• Collaborate on projects impacting the business unit and network management.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.
• Prior contracting experience is essential.

Nice-to-haves

• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze data.
• Transplant or cellular immunotherapy contracting experience.
• Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid contracting experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities.
