About The Position

The Provider Network Manager Sr at Elevance Health is responsible for developing the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship management. This role focuses on contracting and negotiating Single Case Agreements with complex providers, including large institutional providers and medical groups. The position requires a high level of negotiation skills and independent judgment, serving as a key resource for other contracting staff and ensuring effective communication between providers and the company.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in contracting, provider relations, or provider servicing.
• Prior contracting experience.

Nice To Haves

• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze data.
• Transplant or cellular immunotherapy contracting experience.
• Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid contracting experience.
• Strong negotiation skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the provider network through contract negotiations and relationship development.
• Negotiate Single Case Agreements with complex providers.
• Serve as a key resource for other contracting staff.
• Work independently with a high level of judgment and discretion.
• Collaborate on projects impacting the business unit and network management.
• Ensure appropriate distribution of provider specialties in the network.
• Conduct complex negotiations and draft necessary documents.
