About the position

The Provider Operations - Access Analytics Manager role at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) involves leading a team to optimize healthcare operations for clients, focusing on product innovation, supply chain, and service operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Public Health or related fields.
  • Preferred: Epic certification in relevant modules (e.g., Cadence, Ambulatory, MyChart).
  • Extensive understanding of managing client engagements and producing solutions in healthcare operations.
  • Experience in healthcare provider or related consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider industry operations, terminology, payment systems, and environment.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments of client ambulatory operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing financial models including contribution margin impact of growth opportunities.
  • Experience in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational changes.
  • Knowledge of clinical and ambulatory workflows within healthcare settings.
