About the position

As a Manager in Operations Consulting at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their operations to enhance efficiency and drive competitive advantages. This position involves working collaboratively with a team to address complex business challenges, focusing on areas such as product innovation, supply chain management, and service operations. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare provider physician practice operations and financial drivers.
• Experience managing client engagements and producing solutions in healthcare operations.
• Understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider physician practice operating models and compensation plan design.
• Experience with quality reporting requirements and physician alignment models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, and data analysis tools like Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP and EHR technologies.
• Healthcare provider or related consulting experience.
• Knowledge of common business and data tools.
