About the position

As a Manager in Operations Consulting at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their operations to enhance efficiency and drive competitive advantages. This position involves working collaboratively with a team to address complex business challenges, focusing on areas such as product innovation, supply chain management, and service operations. You will be expected to develop leadership skills, coach team members, and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare provider physician practice operations and financial drivers.
  • Experience managing client engagements and producing solutions in healthcare operations.
  • Understanding of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider physician practice operating models and compensation plan design.
  • Experience with quality reporting requirements and physician alignment models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, and data analysis tools like Tableau.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and EHR technologies.
  • Healthcare provider or related consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of common business and data tools.
