About the position

As a Manager in Operations Consulting at PwC, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their operations to enhance efficiency and drive competitive advantages. This position involves working on various aspects of operations, including product innovation, supply chain management, and service operations, with a focus on the healthcare sector. You will lead a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution while fostering a purpose-led and values-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or consulting.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of healthcare provider physician practice operations and efficiency improvement strategies.
• Understanding of operational and financial drivers in healthcare provider organizations.
• Experience with healthcare provider industry operations, terminology, and payment systems.
• Familiarity with ERP and EHR technologies.
• Proficiency in business and data tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Alteryx, and Tableau.
