About the position

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider operations or related consulting.
  • Extensive knowledge of managing client engagements and producing solutions in healthcare operations.
  • Understanding of operational and financial drivers of success in healthcare provider organizations.
  • Experience with healthcare provider physician practice operations and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with assessment of healthcare provider operating models and compensation plan design.
  • Familiarity with quality reporting requirements and physician alignment models.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with common business and data tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Healthcare provider or related consulting experience.
  • Understanding of core provider healthcare systems including ERP and EHR technologies.
