About the position

As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves analysing client needs, developing operational strategies, and offering tailored recommendations to improve productivity and drive business performance. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire teams, and navigate complex situations while deepening your technical expertise and personal brand.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client needs and develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships and community involvement.
  • Manage resource requirements, project workflows, budgets, billing, and collections.
  • Supervise teams to create an atmosphere of trust and encourage diverse views for improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal materials for client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations consulting or related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of managing client engagements and producing operational solutions.
  • Experience in healthcare provider workforce management operations and improving clinical workforce efficiency.
  • Knowledge of operational and financial drivers of clinical and support staff in healthcare organizations.
  • Experience with cloud environments for advanced scheduling and analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of experience in cloud environments for advanced scheduling and reporting.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and business operators for seamless integrations across technology platforms.
  • Understanding of healthcare labor market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Familiarity with core provider healthcare systems, including ERP and EHR technologies.
