Responsibilities

  • Engage with front-line client teams to implement operational improvements in hospitals.
  • Utilize healthcare expertise to guide clients through procurement and operational challenges.
  • Deliver analysis to inform problem-solving processes and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Manage client relationships and facilitate discussions on performance improvements.
  • Support change management and operational implementation involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree with excellent academic record; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a hospital/clinical setting or direct provider consulting environment.
  • Interest in procurement topics, clinical operations, and workforce management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in quantitative/data analysis, preferably in healthcare.
  • High level of professionalism and presence to succeed in team-based settings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working for GPOs, pharmacy companies, or medical device companies.
  • Hands-on change management experience in healthcare settings.
