Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute all aspects of provider recruitment including position detailing and generating leads.
  • Screen candidates to match organizational needs and arrange candidate interviews.
  • Define recruitment strategies based on specific opportunities and business requirements.
  • Develop recruitment solutions to address unique talent needs and enhance pipeline development.
  • Assess immediate and long-term needs for providers and hospital services.
  • Develop retention plans for recruited providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or a related field required.
  • One year of provider recruitment experience preferred.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of online and physical recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of laws, regulations, and changes relevant to the recruitment of physicians.
