The Provider Recruiter at Sampson Regional Medical Center is responsible for the recruitment and retention of physicians and advanced practitioners within the healthcare system. This role involves independently managing the recruitment process, from generating leads to screening candidates and arranging interviews, while collaborating with leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute all aspects of provider recruitment including position detailing and generating leads.
• Screen candidates to match organizational needs and arrange candidate interviews.
• Define recruitment strategies based on specific opportunities and business requirements.
• Develop recruitment solutions to address unique talent needs and enhance pipeline development.
• Assess immediate and long-term needs for providers and hospital services.
• Develop retention plans for recruited providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or a related field required.
• One year of provider recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of online and physical recruitment tools.
• Understanding of laws, regulations, and changes relevant to the recruitment of physicians.
