About the position

The Provider Recruitment & Credentialing Manager at Trinity Health is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of medical staff, including locum tenens staffing. The manager will also collaborate with leadership to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among healthcare providers. This includes attending job fairs, networking events, and other professional gatherings to promote Trinity Health as an employer of choice.
