About the position

The Provider Services Associate role is designed for individuals who excel in a fast-paced call center environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to healthcare providers. This hybrid position, based in Alpharetta, GA, involves managing incoming calls related to claims, fees, contracts, and other inquiries from healthcare provider clinics.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from healthcare provider clinics related to claims, fees, contracts, and other inquiries.
• Handle a call volume of 20-30 incoming calls per day.
• Provide reliable and committed service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in Managed Care or Medical/Dental Insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model and able to commute to our client's location in Alpharetta as needed.
