About the position

The PRS Associate Product Owner for Product & Pricing Speed to Market at Chubb is a newly created role focused on implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the speed of product and pricing changes. This position supports the transformation roadmap aimed at modernizing legacy systems and improving product management processes to better meet client and agent needs. The role involves collaboration across various functional areas to ensure effective execution of the roadmap, ultimately driving business impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the PRS Product Speed to Market transformation roadmap.
• Serve as part of a multi-functional team to deliver high-quality work products through iterative cycles.
• Represent the end user by leading usability sessions to ensure designs meet user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Sales, Underwriting, and Operations.
• Participate in visioning, research, planning, execution, and measurement of assigned work within the roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by developing test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Learning Services to develop and deliver training on new systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal lines product experience, preferably in high net worth.
• Solid understanding of Personal Lines product and pricing strategies and practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and accountability in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven record of coordinating and implementing projects with timely delivery.
