About the position

As a Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist at PNC, you will play a crucial role in the Retail Lending organization, focusing on the design and implementation of pricing strategies for Consumer and Business Credit Cards. This position requires strong data and financial acumen to advise on credit card originations and portfolio management, ensuring optimal pricing strategies. You will synthesize data for executive-level summaries and communicate findings to senior management, while also executing rate changes to support PNC's growth in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement rate pricing strategies for Consumer and Business Credit Cards.
• Advise on credit card new originations and existing portfolio management.
• Analyze competitive positioning to ensure optimal pricing.
• Serve as the key data specialist for the credit card pricing team.
• Synthesize data into executive summaries for senior management review.
• Execute rate changes in alignment with PNC's business goals and regulatory constraints.
• Run complex business performance, risk, and operational analytics.
• Develop analytical methods/models to assess market, credit, and operational risk.
• Establish baselines for strategies and track performance against expectations.
• Apply predictive models and third-party data for segmentation and targeting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies, including SQL and Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, or related field.
• Experience in regulatory reporting and financial analysis.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
