The successful candidate will engage directly with customers of the Email Fraud Defense Suite, assisting them in enhancing their email security posture. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely resolution of issues. The candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers and their third-party vendors, to facilitate the successful implementation of projects and the ongoing support of Proofpoint's products. In this role, the individual will regularly demonstrate the value of the Email Fraud Defense products to clients, leveraging their technical expertise and previous experiences to share best practices and develop creative solutions to unique challenges. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to ensure that customer needs are met and that the products are utilized to their fullest potential. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to explain complex technical concepts to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stress startup environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently while adapting quickly to changing circumstances. A background in customer-facing consulting, particularly in the realm of email technology, will be beneficial, as will familiarity with Proofpoint products and secure email gateways. A BA/BS degree or higher is required, and multilingual skills are a plus.
