Responsibilities

• Forecasts, develops and implements policies and procedures in customer service, human resources, and budgetary goals.
• Markets and promotes new and existing programs and services to customers.
• Participates in University-wide committees to establish customer service standards and administrative plans.
• Facilitates cooperative relationships within the community and institution.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints and providing follow-through.
• Develops departmental strategies consistent with continuous quality improvement programs.
• Ensures staff competency through educational programs and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Background knowledge in the area of specialization for analysis and planning.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes.
