About the position

The Partner Success Manager at Acronis is responsible for driving engagement and satisfaction among Service Providers in North America. This role focuses on ensuring that partners are actively using Acronis services, preventing churn, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective communication and training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's growth by embodying Acronis' core values.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis services.
  • Conduct calls, Zoom sessions, and email communications to maintain partner engagement.
  • Guide Service Providers through training sessions and resource utilization.
  • Encourage partners to adopt Acronis Automation tooling for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority.
  • Research Service Providers before outreach to prepare relevant questions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Solution Engineers and Sales Enablement.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with camera on.
  • Communicate Acronis brand messages effectively to prospects.
  • Understand competitors and communicate product differentiators.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and quarterly upskill training.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in channel sales or partner account management within a software vendor.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Native or fluent English proficiency.
