About the position

The Partner Success Manager at Acronis is responsible for driving engagement and satisfaction among Service Providers in North America. This role focuses on ensuring that partners are actively using Acronis services, preventing churn, and enhancing operational efficiency through training and support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's growth by fostering strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis services, including data backup and service consumption.
  • Run, prepare, or actively participate in calls, Zoom sessions, email communication, and surveys to maintain engagement.
  • Connect with Acronis Service Providers using approved tools such as Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, and Gainsight.
  • Guide Service Providers through training sessions and resources to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Work to avoid churn and retain Service Providers by maintaining regular contact based on priority.
  • Conduct research on Service Providers before outreach and prepare relevant questions.
  • Find additional contacts of Service Providers via LinkedIn and Salesforce if needed.
  • Cooperate with related departments at Acronis, including Solution Engineers, Support, and Sales Enablement.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with the camera on.
  • Communicate Acronis brand messages effectively and support sales in promoting a positive brand image.
  • Understand key competitors and communicate differentiators of Acronis products.
  • Participate in coaching feedback and individual coaching sessions.
  • Complete obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions.

Requirements

  • Equivalent industry/cybersecurity experience in a channel sales or partner account manager role within a software vendor.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Native/fluent English.
