About the position

The Partner Success Manager at Acronis is responsible for driving engagement and satisfaction among Acronis Service Providers in North America. This role focuses on ensuring that partners are actively using Acronis services, preventing churn, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective communication and training. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the company's growth by embodying Acronis' core values.

Responsibilities

  • Drive partner's engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Ensure assigned Service Providers are engaged with Acronis, including backing up data and consuming services.
  • Run, prepare, or actively participate in calls, zoom sessions, email communication, and surveys to ensure partner engagement.
  • Connect with Acronis Service Providers using approved tools like Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, and Gainsight.
  • Guide Service Providers through training sessions, resources, and tools.
  • Encourage partners to adopt Acronis Automation tooling to increase operational efficiency.
  • Work to avoid churn and retain Service Providers.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners based on priority.
  • Conduct research before reaching out to Service Providers and prepare relevant questions.
  • Find additional contacts of a Service Provider via LinkedIn and Salesforce.
  • Cooperate with related departments at Acronis, including Solution Engineers, Support, and Sales Enablement.
  • Document all activities in Salesforce and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with the camera on.
  • Communicate Acronis brand messages effectively to prospects and support sales in promoting a positive brand image.
  • Understand key competitors and communicate differentiators of Acronis products/solutions.
  • Receive coaching feedback and participate in individual coaching sessions.
  • Pass obligatory quarterly upskill training sessions.

Requirements

  • Equivalent industry/cybersecurity experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a channel sales, partner account manager, or channel development position within a software vendor.
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
  • Native/fluent English.
