About the position
GHR Healthcare is seeking a full-time contract Registered Nurse (RN) for a psychiatric facility in Eagleville, PA. The role involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a schedule that includes every other weekend. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in a psychiatric facility.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior psychiatric nursing experience.
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated, including boosters.
