About the position
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) role at LifeStance Health involves providing personalized mental healthcare to patients in a supportive and flexible environment. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and treatment plans for patients.
- Administer medication management and psychotherapy as needed.
- Create and manage a personalized caseload of patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
- PMHNP certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric nurse practitioner experience.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Proficient in both medication management and therapy.
Nice-to-haves
