Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of PMHNP experience.
• Licensed in Colorado and must live in Colorado.
• Ability to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA.
