About the position

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role at Klarity Health focuses on providing telehealth services for patients with anxiety and ADHD. The role emphasizes independence, enabling providers to set their fees and choose their patient demographics, all while ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, high-quality care to patients via telehealth, specializing in ADHD and anxiety.
• Utilize individualized treatment approaches tailored to each patient's specific needs, incorporating evidence-based practices for these conditions.
• Effectively manage and adapt your consultation schedule to ensure accessible and timely support for your patients.
• Take responsibility for determining the medical services you offer, selecting the patient demographics you wish to serve, and setting and adjusting your fee structure.
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to telehealth services for ADHD and anxiety.
• Actively participate in the Klarity Health provider community, sharing experiences, strategies, and insights, and learning from peers across various medical fields.

Requirements

• Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in California, with Board Certification in PMHNP, FNP, or a related field.
• At least one year of clinical experience post-licensure, with a strong focus on diagnosing and treating ADHD and anxiety disorders.
• Possess full practice authority or currently collaborate with a physician, as per the specific laws and regulations of the state(s) where you are licensed to see patients.
• Must have active malpractice insurance coverage.
