About the position
The Psychiatrist position at BlueSky involves providing high-quality mental health care through telehealth consultations. The role emphasizes collaboration with Nurse Practitioners and therapists, focusing on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care. Clinicians enjoy autonomy in their practice, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to supervise Nurse Practitioners. Compensation is based on patient billing, with additional benefits for full-time clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical medication management for patients via telehealth consultations.
- Supervise clinician-selected Nurse Practitioners as needed.
- Collaborate with therapists to discuss patient cases and clinical topics during regular team meetings.
- Maintain a positive and accepting attitude towards patients.
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to all patients.
Requirements
- Must have a clean and unrestricted medical license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Significant experience as a Psychiatrist is preferred but not required.
- Excellent patient-relation skills.
