About the position

The Psychiatry Account Manager at Lundbeck is responsible for leading the promotion of the company's psychiatry portfolio within the designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize digital tools and data-based insights for business planning and sales execution.
  • Deliver clear and compelling messages to customers and handle objections effectively.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather and validate market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
  • Adhere to pharmaceutical and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales.
  • Demonstrated intellectual capacity to excel in disease and product training exams.
  • Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Compliance with industry-standard credentialing requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience within a specialty product sales force.
  • Experience promoting products specific to CNS/neuroscience.
  • Documented successful sales performance.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated account plans.
