The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychological Services Specialist to join the team at Norristown State Hospital. As a Psychological Services Specialist, you will work independently while being an integral part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. In this position, you will be expected to resolve routine obstacles that may arise in the course of providing care. For issues that are more complex and beyond your immediate scope, you will collaborate with the psychology director or supervisor to ensure that patients receive the necessary support. The work schedule is full-time, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and includes a 30-minute lunch break.
