About the position

The Psychology & Education Opportunity in Autism Support is designed for individuals passionate about psychology or education, particularly those interested in child development. This role involves providing direct support to children with Autism through evidence-based interventions, contributing to their growth and independence. Responsibilities

• Provide Direct ABA Services: Offer one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support the development of children with Autism, focusing on increasing independence and positive behaviors.
• Collaborate with a Clinical Team: Work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to implement individualized care plans that focus on skill-building and growth.
• Track Progress: Use electronic devices to accurately record session data and monitor each child's development and progress.
• Create Positive Learning Environments: Build strong relationships with children and their families to foster a supportive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• A background or interest in psychology or education, whether studying or have studied these fields.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (provided by the company).
• A 6-month commitment to support clients and help them succeed.
