About the position

The Psychology & Education Opportunity in Autism Support is designed for individuals passionate about psychology or education, particularly those interested in child development. This role involves working with children with Autism to help them develop essential skills through evidence-based interventions. It offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field while making a significant impact on the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services through one-on-one evidence-based interventions to support children with Autism.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to implement individualized care plans focusing on skill-building and growth.
• Track progress by accurately recording session data using electronic devices to monitor each child's development.
• Create positive learning environments by building strong relationships with children and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• A background or interest in psychology or education, whether currently studying or having studied these fields.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, which is provided by the company.
• A 6-month commitment to support clients and help them succeed.
