This role involves conducting individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing effective techniques aligned with physician directives and patient goals. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy using effective psychotherapeutic techniques.
- Review and evaluate patient medical records and perform diagnostic assessments to determine treatment.
- Provide emergency intervention and assessment as required.
- Evaluate treatment efficacy and patient progress to refine treatment strategies.
- Spend 80% of time in clinical practice and 20% on administrative tasks and collateral contacts.
- Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Obtain supervision according to state regulations and provide supervision for master's degree students.
- Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- LCSW or LPC fully licensed in Wisconsin
- 2+ years' experience
