The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work or a related counseling field, along with a valid Illinois licensure. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services to clients in person or through video technology.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support client care.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or a related counseling field.
• Valid Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LPC, or LSW).
• At least 1 year of outpatient counseling experience.
