Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Provide individual psychotherapy based on personal treatment style and modalities
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical research and best practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records using Simple Practice EHR
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Full or in-training licensure as a Psychotherapist or Clinical Counselor in Wisconsin
- Liability insurance
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating personalized treatment plans
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
