About the position

Fidare Health is seeking Psychologists, LMFTs, and LCSWs to provide psychotherapeutic services throughout California. This role offers flexibility with both telehealth and in-person modalities, catering to the needs of underserved populations. The ideal candidate will work part-time or full-time, with the ability to see patients in-person 1-2 days a week, and must be fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy in an outpatient setting.
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Complete documentation within a timely fashion.
• Identify and diagnose mental health issues.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Refer clients to other professionals when necessary.

Requirements

• California license as a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D or Ph.D.), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Ability to organize, set priorities, and exercise sound independent judgment.
• Culturally sensitive and appropriate working with underserved communities.
