Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop a small caseload and gradually increase to full-time (approximately 25 treatment hours).
• Attend regular trainings in evidence-based practices.
• Complete administrative tasks including progress notes and time logging.
• Engage in supervision and consultation opportunities.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• Commitment to treating trauma and clinical excellence.
• Strong desire for learning and professional development.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
