About the position

Anchor Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join their established mental health group practice in Hoboken, NJ. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing therapists to focus on client care while the practice manages administrative tasks. The position requires evening and/or weekend hours, with a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week for part-time and 25 for full-time. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment, catering to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week for part-time or 25 for full-time positions.
• Participate in weekly supervision and biweekly group case consultations.
• Utilize CBT clinical skills and work with children, teens, young adults, and couples.
• Coordinate intake and scheduling of new clients.

Requirements

• Current State of New Jersey license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with CBT clinical skills.
• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and couples.
