About the position

Dominguez Psychotherapy and Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate psychotherapist to provide Telehealth support for individual and couples counseling. This full-time, contract position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling therapists to work from their home office while serving clients across Texas. The role emphasizes the importance of clinical experience with diverse populations and requires a commitment to a minimum of 25-40 hours of psychotherapy per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychosocial assessments for clients.
• Formulate treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Provide regular therapeutic counseling based on the treatment plan.
• Maintain a weekly caseload of clients without the responsibility of building the caseload.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings as needed.

Requirements

• Current state license as a LPC, LPC-Associate, or LMFT.
• Clinical experience with diverse and/or marginalized populations.
• Ability to commit to providing a minimum of 25-40 hours of psychotherapy per week.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Telehealth services.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliant platforms.
