Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients (in-person or telehealth).
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and office staff, when necessary, for client care and practice development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with best practices and ethical standards.
  • Maintain appropriate licensure and insurance requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Active state licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
  • Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Specialization in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, or child/adolescent therapy.
